Dr. Mohamed H. Radwan is currently the Senior Quality Specialist at New Mowasat Hospital in Kuwait.He has over of eight years of experience in healthcare quality management, patient safety, risk management, patient experience and various accreditations in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Egypt health care organizations.

During his working years, he was responsible for many successful performance improvement projects such as: Patient experience implementation project,

JCIA, ACI and Saudi CBAHI accreditation projects.

Through his journey, he used various improvement methodologies such as lean and FOCUS PDCA, communication skills, teamwork, and analytical thinking skills with multidisciplinary teams and different managerial levels.
